WiFi not workong

WiFi only connected to tablet and phone but WiFi but unable to use either as so slow and nothing is loading on either device but have full WiFi bars and all green on the hub - there is no work currently in my area that I'm aware of- I'm paying for fast broadband and I have none!

Was this working previously? If so when? Have you tried a full power cycle of all your broadband kit. If you have Sky Q try rebooting that too.
