WiFi not working
I had an engineer out last week to sort out the Wi-Fi in my house he'd gone round and he explained that everything was okay in the Wi-Fi works everywhere in the other living room and the bedroom upstairs there is no Wi-Fi and now my son can't even get Wi-Fi in the living room for his PS5. I pay £187 a month for something we can't even use. I'd like this to get sorted ASAP or I'm cancelling my husband's been with you for about 20 years and it's ridiculous it's a joke

Re: WiFi not working
Did this engineer stalls some pods because if not it sounds like you need them to boost the signal in these rooms.
If this isn't what he did then if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can
