WiFi not working

WiFi is not working - the tv won't work and my phone is using 4G. Ran a diagnostic test and the app says everything's fine and even says that my phone is connected with a good strength and yet I can't even find with wifi in my list on my phone to even attempt to connect. The TV diagnostic says it can't connect to a wireless router and again the wifi doesn't show up in the list but skys diagnostics says it's all connected and everything's fine!!

If all the lights are lit on the hub try rebooting it at the mains to see if things improve after it has finished loading up.
