WiFi not working

My WiFi has gone down. I used the checker and got told everything was fine even though my phone was telling me there is no connection. Really poor standard for it to go down for quite a while, at least 30 mins as I'm writing this, can someone look into this and fix please.

Yes mine too! It's becoming a daily occurrence now. It's ridiculous.

@Chelsie-leigh and @Nayeem2 the service checker is not an instant tool!

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby if enough time has passed for a fault condition to be displayed by the software test! This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households.

Re: WiFi not working

I've used that checker several times. Says it was good 56 mins ago. Not really helpful for my situation which I've already stated. Actually a joke for it be down for as long as it has been.

@Nayeem2 Not long enough for reporting few hours are required on the software, the lights tell you possibly what is going on!

This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!
