WiFi not working

Hi. Yesterday I did not have WiFi for some hours, even performing all the troubleshootings. After that time, it worked again spontaneously. Today it is not working again, and the troubleshooting is completely useless. What to do?

@Rod012345678910 Call sky, dial 150 with your landline phone if working, or also same number for a sky mobile!
