WiFi not working

The WiFi is rubbish. I stand in my kitchen and my phone can't connect to my WiFi it tells me to move closer to my box. I'm now in bed and there is no connection to my tv. I check the broadband speed on the app and it keeps telling me everything is fine but this isn't fine.

@Aysha85 Have a look at the help link tomorrow for the sky hub and position etc it is linked below for you....

The service checker then the broadband and > to expand will show you the speed that sky see's to your hub they check daily and record 30 day's so you can see it...

There is the speed to the hub, then after that there is the wireless wifi speed that goes about the home to all the devices, poor wireless distribution around the home sounds like what you have just now!
