WiFi not working
My WiFi isn't working, there are no lights on my broadband hub either

@Nellyd Have you checked your hub is plugged in to the mains socket? or the cable hasn't been pulled out the back, if there is no power to the hub then obviously you won't be a broadband connection.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
