WiFi not working

My box shows orange lights on "Internet" and "voice" but when I check for problems, mysky says there aren't any. I cannot connect to my own WiFi, so clearly there are problems.

@CaitlynFraser The lights are telling you what is wrong, and the checking software is not got the information as yet!
