WiFi not working

My WiFi broadband is running so low I no longer can watch television. It won't load and shows error codes.

 

If I can't even watch television I'm going to have to change service provider. This had been ongoing for days now.

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

I've tried the telephone  number, however it directs me to report it online. I can't use any streaming apps

What was the result of the line and broadband tests you ran ?
