WiFi not working

I connected to my WiFi for the first time this morning and 20 minutes later the internet has gone off and the router is showing green and amber lights

Today is my activation date and I received a text message saying it's now active. I connected and it was working but after 20 minutes the internet went off

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

The light on the box for internet and voice is showing amber

I received the router 3 days ago and it was activated today. The internet went out after 20 minutes

@PeterPablo You had the activation text from sky that you where good to go and put the sky hub on?

@PeterPablo Time to just leave it now, sky have until midnight on the activation day to get it going, if not working by then it;s a call to sky tomorrow.
