WiFi not working

Hi there, we received our wifi box on the 10th April. We have tried to connect it and the wifi light has come on but not the internet one. We have a wifi splitter in as well which hasn't helped

@NatalieMcc you need to talk to Sky so they can check if the activation of your line has been delayed therfore I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted.
