WiFi not working

The lights on my hub two are green but the middle light is amber and keeps flashing I can't connect to sky go on my iPad and have to use mobile data on my phone, I've done a check and everything seems to be fine the only thing that seems to have an issue is my sky q box but I can't seem to find what the issue is it's saying I have no connection to the sky a box

Have you tried rebooting your broadband hub at the mains ?
