WiFi not working

WiFi stopped working about 9.45pm. have tried turning off for 5 mins and turning back on, unplugged wires and it's still not working, the internet light is not showing (not even flashing) the voice light is orange while the other 2 are both green. I've ran tests through the app and it's saying there is no problem.

 

What other options do I have?

@lauren791 if the service is still down this morning and the test in the My Sky app run over a mobile connection does not tell you of a known issue call Sky to report the fault.
