I have phoned sky customer services and it says " they are aware of an issue with the phone lines in our area and it may affect the internet and phone services. They are trying to work on the issue" it asked me to leave a mobile number so they can text me when it is fixed.

Not working in Radcliffe. You would think a company as big as Sky would have a contingency plan in place for communicating to customers when issues like this arise.

Absolutely. They leave it to us to scramble around looking for someone to contact to tell us. Must be a big outage as it has affected the north west. I'll post again if I get a text from them.
