WiFi not working with everything

So my WiFi and broadband when tested are all okay, netflix works on my television and when generally surfing it seems okay. However, I cannot sent messages on WhatsApp, my playstation wont connect and myself and my partners phones are almost at a standstill and we have to use our data. I have no idea how to rectify, I have tried unplugging, leaving and restarting but nothing.

@Connorjpj check the setting for the Broadband Shield web filter as that can be stopping online gaming and social networking if set to a low setting. The account holder can change the setting which is under productvsettings innthe My Sky app.
