WiFi not working since it's been installed
Whenever we check speed to router it's always OK. When we do a speed check on mobile phone on WiFi only, it's drops off sometimes . Apps stop working on all our phones and we have to turn WiFi off on our phones and use mobile signal instead. The router is in the living room and the issue happens when we too are in living room so I don't think it's a distance issue. This has been the case since it was installed. We've just made do but it's now time to renew our contract so thinking of leaving sky unless it can get fixed
