I live alone with only 3 devices in the house hold, my phone and a tv in the living room and bedroom. Both TVs have constant connection issues preventing me from watching television. The properly had a slower broadband with yourselves for 3 years with 0 issues and since the switch later into last year it has been troublesome every single day. The only difference is last year the box was upstairs and it's now downstairs on another line.
