WiFi not working on mobiles

Our WiFi is not working on any of our mobile devices.  It's showing that it is connected but we cannot load any games or play any videos on TikTok or Facebook.  It is saying that we are not connected to the internet, on these apps.  We have rebooted the router several times over the last three days and it still will not work.
