WiFi not working. Always have problems on and off

WiFi ain't working at all this evening. Router is flashing orange. Tried the usual trick of restarting it/turning it I off and on. No luck. 3 hours later it's still not working. We have problems all the time where it dips out but this evening it's taking the pee. No signal in our house unless you sit in a. Certain room in a Corner, not great for a parent working from home and two kids trying to do their homework online.

Try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
