WiFi not woking

Had sky broadband installed today, internet worked for a while but has now dropped off. Have restarted the router but hasn't solved the problem

What light are lit on the hub as this explains them:

Try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Thanks for your reply. 

All lights seem to go off and on randomly, mostly the internet light doesn't come on at all and the "voice"light is orange. 
The internet will connect for a while and then disconnect a few minutes later. Very aggravating especially as only had it installed last week. 

I have ran the check on the app and it says everything is fine, so will give sky a ring
