WiFi not reaching guaranteed speed

Hi, I've been on full fibre 150 for a month now but since activation date I'm only getting 80 mbs on the service checker, I've phoned sky who have refunded me a month but issue has still not been resolved, is there anything that can be done

@Chrism80 What service where you on before the FF150 upgrade? And you are sure that the service checker is only showing you 80 on screen for all the days?
