WiFi and sky q not working only got fibre few days ago and had nothing but problems with it

@Emma2311 Did you also replace the hub when you had the new Fibre installed at the same time, or same hub, different position now to suit where OR put the new ONT on the wall!
Broadband issue or just the sky Q staying connected!
