This has been an issue for the last few days and appears to be the same for lots of others on this forum.
sky checks suggests nothing is wrong. This is not the case. Something is going on at Sky's end but they don't seem to want to respond. I work from home and rely on stable internet and have had to resort to using my phone as a hotspot.
Sky - I hope you resolve the issue and reduce everyone's bill this month.
