WiFi Max is a subscription supplement which adds a 'better' hub (if there isn't one in place already), the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' and Parental Controls. By itself it doesn't involve a visit unless the user is claiming a second or subsequent wireless booster pod.
