Hi im paying for WiFi max but when im going upstairs and in certain rooms the WiFi gets really bad id like to talk to someone about it or possible have someone to come out and take a look I changed to WiFi gigafast and WiFi max and I feel like the WiFi upstairs is worse
@Tiimone Your situation if indeed sky Max and all the trimmings, the 14 day wait let's see it all settle in etc, after that yes but call to sky for you and the testing etc and the possible request to get an Engineer visit especially if you feel that is the best way for you to go!
