WiFi max extenders

We are having poor connection issues upstairs, we have WiFi max. With our previous provider we definitely needed a WiFi extender, we said this when discussing the new broadband. How do we get some WiFi extenders please on our sky WiFi max?

@Bowman You need to call sky Customer Service as you have the sky Max addon package, go through the testing with them to check, once they approve they will organise for you, no other way to do it! Dial 150 from your landline!

@Bowman Opening times for sky customer service is 8am to 8pm. They say calling early morning is better time to get through quicker, just listen closely and NOT get diverted to the Forum....
