WiFi keeps dropping

WiFi keeps randomly dropping, even when the weather is fine and no rain. Then after a minute it reconnects itself, but it does this quite a few times throughout the day.

When this happens what lights are lit (or not) on your hub ?

The two end lights are solid green but the middle light flashes orange.

The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area, it can be a bit slow at picking up issues so if nothing shows perhaps try it again later:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker


If nothing shows then try this line test:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

As an aside, heavy rain can affect a satellite signal to your Q or HD+ box but doesn't affect the broadband connection or especially, the internal WiFi signal.
