WiFi keeps dropping

My WiFi has been slow and keeps crashing I have the highest broadband and the max box and it's just the same I have been having this problem since I started with sky and still not sorted I have been onto advisors done what they asked but still no luck I need my broadband to work as my daughter has started her GCSE

I already have the max box they said would help but it doesn't then they had the nerve to send me £110 broadband bill
