WiFi keeps dropping

Had an issue last weekend with WiFi and the hub keep dropping off and speed very low as high as 25 mb instead of guaranteed 65. Engineer came said it was a fault outside said he fixed it, did work that day but since it drops intermittently and just a pain run checks via the app sometimes comes with a fault sometimes doesnt
