My WiFi keeps dropping. I have narrowed it down to the cable coming into the house. Everytime the wind blows, the WiFi drops due to wear on the cable. I'm struggling to report this via the Sky customer support s there doesn't seem to be an option; does anyone have any suggestions on how report this fault? It's very frustrating!
