WiFi keeps dropping

I have recently signed up for Sky Broadband after leving BT. Our Wifi use in the house has not changed at all and but things like the connection to our Sky Glass TV drops/pauses, Facetime calls drop from WiFi to cellular connection and is generally poorer than before we changed. The package we chose from Sky was like from like from our BT package with regard to Fibre speed. All we have done it swap out the BT router and plug in the Sky router following the instructions. Not happy with this performance..

Which Sky hub do you have?

Its generally accepted that the current Sky hub isnt at the same level or performance as the latest BT Hub.
