WiFi keeps dropping

My WiFi keeps dropping out and not reconnecting. I go on the app and do all the tests it asks. Says there's an issue. I run the tests and it says it's okay but then going back to an issue.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@Michelle2253 & @Tommy_Didads there have been a number of reports from customers with intermittent faults if they continue call Sky and report them. The likely cause is all the rain we have been having. Intermittent faults are difficult to pin down unless they happen when the engineer tests your line.

@Nay1989 no idea why you sre posting here these type of issues are only rarely down to Sky but happen in the Openreach network part of connection but why let facts bother your conspiracy theiry.
