WiFi keeps dropping several times an hour

Hi, our WiFi keeps dropping off several times an hour, making it very difficult to work from home and to be home educated (let alone the teenagers not being able to game in the evening!). Really frustrating. I don't want to spend hours on the phone trying to get this resolved- Any tips on where/how to get this fixed?
