WiFi keeps dropping out
I have a sky hub and the WiFi keeps dropping out. It has happened a lot over the last few days and today it is not connecting at all. I've rebooted the router multiple times with no success. When I check connection all comes back fine - but still no wifi. To me the router could be faulty?
wifi light flickers amber, then solid, then off. It momentarily goes green, but 30 seconds later it drops and flashing amber comes back. This has been happening for the past 4 hours.

Re: WiFi keeps dropping out
Hi, I've been through this a number of times - it just loops me round and round. Run tests for WiFi, WiFi fine, then back to 'what lights mean. So no luck unfortunately

Re: WiFi keeps dropping out
Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
