WiFi keeps dropping out same time each evening. Comes back on after around 5 to 10 mins

My WiFi drops out at 8.50pm every single evening. Phoned before and just keep getting told to restart my router. Its a joke, disconnects my home security system and heating system. What can I do to stop this?

@PeterBJess88 while it can be caused by something outside your home it is far more likely something within it. Therefore check for any device you start using at the time the connection drops microwaves can cause issues as can a dodgy kettle etc.the list of causes though is pretty long.

If you can definitely exclude domestic causes then you are probably going to have to live with it as while Openreach can investigate they usually dont do so unless it affects many users so check with your neighbours. This type of issue disapears if you have a fibre connection to your home.
