WiFi keeps dropping off

Hello.

 

I got my Sky Broadband activated a week ago today. 

The WiFi is awful. 

It keeps dropping out, none stop but the app is adamant there's no issues. 

In the space of 1 minute, it dropped off 4 times. I screen recorded it. 

The chatbot says this is normal to happen within the first 10 days but it's absolutely ridiculous. 

Can someone please help me?

The bot is incorrect. FTTP does not have a 'training period': that's a concept applicable only to copper broadband circuits.
