WiFi keeps dropping in and out

My Sky broadband keeps dropping in and out. I've reset the rooter, I've updated and reset all the devices and it's still doing it..

I've also run a test via my sky app but it's saying there's no issues found when there clearly is! 

so fed up with Sky now it's becoming a joke! Never any broadband and never any way to just connect a customer service person to help!!

I am having the same issue! Sky keeps telling me there's not an outage in my area however my wifi isn't working which means my tv is now not working as I've got sky glass! Have you had any update on this?
