WiFi keeps dropping/crashing
Why is Internet crashing all the time?... Really disappointing. Changed providers and really unhappy with Internet from sky. Unbelievable. False advertisements as well.

Re: WiFi keeps dropping/crashing
@SilviaP- many different potential causes. To narrow these down look at the lights on your hub when you lose connectivity and use this guide https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
If you think Sky's ads are wrong report them to the ASA see https://www.asa.org.uk/make-a-complaint.html
