@Katelouise2206 sounds like a line issue if the hub is losing connection (https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start) run the servive checker in the My Sky app which works over a mobile connection as that will tell you if Sky arexaware of a fault affecting your line otherwise givecthem a call to report the issue.
