WiFi issus

Like other reports here since yesterday the internet has become slow or not connecting. The router is showing four green lights as is the box it is connected to. Having to use 4g which is poor in my location. The broadband checker indicates there is no problem which there is and that I am connected however various apps say internet not connected. So Sky read these comments and get this sorted.

@DEREK100 if powering down your hub for 60 minutes doesnt clear the fault call Sky.
