WiFi issues

When will my WiFi be back on? Also I have requested an engineer to come and fit my new WiFi box but I have got no reply to that either. It has been sat there for 2 months in the box. I will be swapping to go elsewhere if this does not get resolved

@Jessicawallwork  Is there a reason why you can't connect your hub to the incoming connection either a mastersocket or ONT.

Be aware you're not contacting Sky Customer services by posting here, we have no knowledge of the issues you're experiencing without you providing some details.

Also threats to go elsewhere won't make anything happen and it's likely another provider will have similar issues.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

What new wifi box, do you mean a broadband hub/router, is there any reason you can plug it in yourself ?
