WiFi issues

The WiFi in my house keeps disconnecting then within a few seconds restores itself, sometimes it affects what we are watching on the apps ,but it happens more on the devices

When this happen are all the lights lit as normal on your hub and does it does this if you are in the same room that your hub is located ?
