WiFi issues

Hi there,

I received an email confirming there is an issue with our WiFi speed and we have the option to leave or upgrade at no charge. We'd prefer to stay with sky, so will need a free upgrade at no extra cost. Our WiFi has been barely functional for a while now making us unable to work from home, use two phones at the same time, or stream on Netflix.

We'll need to be upgraded to the highest possible speed at no additional cost until sky can work out the issue in this area and fix it. I also don't feel we should have been paying full cost for the package we have now given every time I check the app it tells me there's an issue with the WiFi.

Also to note, it's not unhelpful to go through diagnostics and be given no actual way to contact sky, nor to be sent an email saying we can upgrade but can't reply to the email, and no method of getting the upgrade outlined

@StaceySmith

If you have a landline phone and are using it then 150 is the number to call Sky on or there are social media links at the bottom of this page that they can be contacted by.
