WiFi issues

Hi,

 

Since switching Wi-Fi providers, I’ve been experiencing significantly worse connection throughout my home. The Wi-Fi on the third floor frequently disconnects and is very slow, and my devices (including my PlayStations) also struggle to maintain a stable, fast connection.

 

Could this please be looked into? I’m not inclined to renew with my current provider if the issue continues, especially as I had no problems with my previous service.

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
