WiFi issues

Hi

 

Since upgrading to full fibre we have experienced problems with the WiFi. It seems to be glitchy. It usually takes several attempts to open Netflix on the TV due to no connectivity. We did not have this problem prior to the Fibre upgrade.

We also often have streaming delays, TV freezes as well as freezing on phone video calls etc. it was fine before the upgrade!

I haven't had an upgrade but netflix just keeps buffering at 20%
