Hi my wifi is not working the openreach box is light up red could you please help with this

Same here. Internet down for last 20 minutes and have run a test and says everything looks normal.

@Menon1 @Joseph+buttimer almost certainly loss of service due to network maintenace in which case tge servicexwill be back up by now.
