@Russell37 you need to determine whether you have an issue with the WiFi connection in your home or the Broadband connection to the hub. The essiest way to do that is to look at the lights on the hub when you lose connectivity and follow the steps here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
