WiFi issue

My WiFi keeps dropping over the last three weeks, daily multiple times a day all connected phones lose connection, intermittently I have to power off and power on the router then it works again... my sky app test says everything is fine but it's disrupting work and streaming

@Alibobs5 What does the hub show when the issue is there.

That's the thing it still shows three yellow lights so appears to be ok ??

@Alibobs5 If you have three yellow lights nothing is ok! NO such variable on the hubs!

@Alibobs5 Post 2 has the link! Not knowing which hub you have, and the 3 Amber lights is not one off the displayed options, then it may be worth doing a Factory Reset on the hub, but only if you have not made changes and if you have can restore the changes that where made!

 

Hold the rest button for at least 20 seconds while watching the front lights, once you see the power light change release the reset button, will take around 5 minutes to reboot and recover!
