Hi!
since taking out my sky broadband I have been suffering with very slow performance, I work from home and have never had this issue previously with BT but my connection is so poor and slow. I have to keep disconnecting my wifi and reconnecting in hopes it will work at all.
can this be looked into as I do the connection test and everything shows as fine but it is not
