WiFi issue with Facebook and what’s app

We are having issues with WiFi and Facebook and what's app, in same room as router, actually sitting within 2 feet of it. Nothing will load on iPhone's for Facebook or what's app unless we go to mobile data. Smart tv , ring doorbell, mini sky q box all connected and working except for the issue listed above with iPhones.

 

please help
